The High Treason

A unanimously elected Prime Minister can be sent home. An elected president can be brought in front of a magistrate of another country for an 'alleged' crime. But a dictator cannot be taken notice of; reason being that  the second part of Article 6 of the constitution of Pakistan states not only the one who suspends the constituion (Gen. Musharaf) but also the ones who collaborate (Pakistani Judiciary including current Chief Justice legitimised Martial Law in 1999) should be hanged to death.

The current 'face of change', Imran Khan, supported and campaigned for Gen. Mushraf in his referendum to become the President of Pakistan.

All are guilty of high treason.
